This doesnt belong in this forum...but I'll post anyways...

Hmmm best moment was when I left pre searing. I stayed there so long I didnt know it was a tutorial, so I felt cool when I left .

Worst was when it took me 7 times to beat Bloodstone Fen.

Then use some imagination. What do you think someone's "Greatest GW moment" should be, and what would it take to get there?

Mine: defeating an elite pve instance where the devs throw away the current pve rules (like "mobs can't use res sig") yet don't resort to shortcuts like spawning mobs directly on you and environment effects that affect only your party. It'd be a brutally difficult straight-up fair fight.

The most recent one was getting Master's on Raisu Palace, the very first time I'd ever tried it. My partner had done it on most of his chars, and always complained about how hard it seemed to get Master's (we're not very 'pro', does it show?). I'd seen quite a few posts on here about people's difficulty with it too, so had worked myself up into a huge worry over it, expecting to be stuck there for weeks or something.

As it happened, I found a group almost immediately (I was playing nuker), and we ripped through it in 15 minutes with no deaths. *beams*

Insignificant compared to some of the achievements I'm sure will be posted here I know, but it made my weekend

People, when you say somthing is spam after somebody else has already said that then you have spammed as well. Once its been said it doesn't need to be said again.

Anyway.
I think my best moment would be playing through the desert for the first time and beating all the missions on the first try in 1 day. I had taken a lot of breaks from the game and never had a level 20 then in one day not only did I have a 20 but I had finished the entire desert area.

Not a big deal now but when I first did it I thought it was.

isnt anyone able to speak english anymore in these threads? i know english might not be some peoples first language but sentences like 'this can better be closed' or 'If you do that right it are your 20secs of joy ' are just painful to read.

mini rant aside my first memorable gw moment was also being the first in my guild to kill glint in a 5 man team thanks to grenths balance

Considering I'm a slow money-maker, my greatest moment was when I randomly farmed 2 Black Dyes in 3 minutes. Later that day, 2 Globs of Ectoplasm dropped for me. It was, indeed, a glorious Sunday.

Whats the problem when you know what (s)he mean? As long as the person isnt using leet-speak, then its fine because they are doing their best. English aint my first language either, and it is quite annoying when people say i suck at it.

______

My greatest moment must've been when i created my Ranger(When i bought GW :P) or when i won HoH.

I'd have to say my first time I beat THK with a PUG. This was wayyyyy back when the game was just a week or two old, and none of us really knew about what a balanced team was, aggro control, builds...all the things we all take for granted now.

Noone had greens (there were no greens), we just had whatever was the best thing that dropped for each of us, everyone's armor was a mish mash of collector stuff, and noone was rich enough to get a mere suit of 1.5k droks armor.

It took me about 3 days to get a PUG that finished this, and everyone else was in the same situation. After we beat it was just had a giant long self-congratulatory session and thought how awesome that defending the fort challenge was. Back then, the game was thrilling, undiscovered, mysterious, and new. Learning on the fly, with no faqs, set builds, guides, etc.

Greatest moment...A Superior Absorption droped for me when they were 100k at the trader. Afterwards a Superior Vigor

Both droped one after another, I almost had a heart attack :/
